TO THE NAXCOM USERS *UPDATE*

SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM FOR THE LATEST
Does Naxcom have frequent problems with their website? I'm new to selling on there and wanted to get some listed today but everytime I start listing the site shuts down. Also has anyone used the bulk listing tool? If so, how long does it take them to get the listings up?

I tried to use their bulk listing software a while back and was having the same problem you are having, so I waited until the middle of the night which sucked, but a lot less frustrating. Weekends are the worse because so many people are on there. if you do not work, you could try it during the week if late nights do not work for you.

This is so true. What really gets me is "The Pit" is always running smoothly and they are owned by the same company. They could seriously make a killing with Naxcom but I think they are concentrated on "The Pit" more and building that up. Which is probaly a good for them financially. The need to upgrade their staff too, all the times I have called there I have gotten the same guy and he speaks as though it is just him and someone else there. I think they are the only place I know that still has an answering machine. I like them but they need to get with the times.

Is it with uploading pix of your cards? I had problems if the file size exceeding their limit. Not a good error message letting you know that you exceeded the size limit.
Other than that, I have had no problems except when I hit $5k in listings it seemed to shut me off. I think they protect against a fraud spammer offering up high stuff. I think I stumbling across this somewhere when reading the terms of use.

<< <i>it is hard to believe they do any business at all. the format stinks, the load times and searches are painfully slow.......basically it sucks. >>
The search engine did take some time to get used to, but I like their concept. NO listing fees, buy and sell prices, being able to post scans and the predetermined S&H&I costs.
Search categories similar to Ebay.
Search for a seller.
Seperate listings that have pictures from the ones that don't
A better bulk listing tool besides an Excel spreadsheet.
Quicker picture uploading.
I thought they have some stiff grading standards. Does anyone else think this or are my standards not up to standard. Or something.
Yeah, if you don't have a certain specific card you are looking for navigating the site would be tough.
I have found out that even though Naxcom recommends shipping in a padded mailer. 5 out of 7 sellers that I have bought from don't. PWE SHEEZ!!!
Does anyone think their condition guidelines are tougher than "normal"?:
