Cutting hand cut cards

What is the proper cutting instrument to use for cutting hadn cut cards? I recently bought a huge lot of unfolded 1987 Kraft Mac and Cheese boxes from the factory with the homerun heroes on the back. The boxes are cardboard though and I would like to make a clean cut what should I use? Any advice will be appreciated.

The person that comes to mind who has done a superb job on these kinds of issue is A761506 aka Josh.

I remember he used a paper cutter - but not sure which one.

There are a lot of affordable laser guided paper cutters out there.

My guess is that it would be easier to use a quality paper cutter over an exacto knife.

    Good luck.

  • i use a 12" heavey duty wood base paper trimmer. it made by Quartet, and i bought it in either staples or office depot. i belive it cost about $30. it has measuring lines and numbers on the base, but practice a few cuts before you do the real cutting because the cutting blade seems to take up an eighth of an inch, which may throw your card OC. good luck
