    I don't know, but if I were selling a 10K card I'd clean up the holder a bit before listing it.

    Many PSA holders exhibit frosting so I don't think that necessarily means it's been tampered with, though.

    To me the slab doesn't look that bad, odd looking frosting though, doesn't look like some of mine that are worse. image

    But... unless 1933 GOUDEY SPORT KINGS CARDs get special treatment??? That card seems (OC), but maybe not for a 7, and those corners don't look like a 7 to me. image
