2002 score select rookies and prospects

Here is the info I know. This set is numbered to 100 but one card was not issued. I emailed Donruss but the only info I received was the checklist Unlike the big books which only list ink variations there is at least 10 signature variations aka Ryan Freel signed his regular auto and his nickname "Freaky" . What a /cheap weird set. Also from searches I have surmised this set was a retail only set issued as a bonus in those Target 19.99 pack boxes. Any info?/help Thanks, Mike
