Statehood quarter slabs.

The statehood quarters appear to have several different lables. Flag, state abreviations (LA25c), and just 25c at the top right corner. If I send coins in how do I know what will come back or can I specify?

    Flag inserts are only available on bulk submissions.
    The state abbreviations have been discontinued and the newest holders only have 25C in the upper right corner.

    These are the only options at this point.
