What might these grade by PSA?

For a 1962 the Maris is not that bad, but as a graded card it is not that good. The 1969 Mantle is diamond cut and has a minor crease in the lower right corner but is a decent looking card as I have seen many worse. The 1964 is rough with creasing, I would think it would be a 1-2 at best. What do you think PSA would grade these? I did not pay much for these so I am not worried about grading them just curious. Also why is the 1962 Maris such a high BV card? It is not an SP, so $500 seems steep for it.

Mantle PSA 3 or 4 (miscut, but no Q).
Bombers PSA 3 or 4.
Obviously, only guessing.
<< <i>Maris is card #1. That's always a tougher card to get in good condition because it's the top or first card in whatever manner they were stored if the collector kept them in numerical order way back then. >>
Absolutely right - There's the wear of a #1 plus it gets the full "effect" of any tight rubber bands with edge indentations. Many kids stored their cards with rubber bands back then. Also that is a very popular card with Maris coming off his record 61 HR year, as well as Maris being a well liked player.
