With your free subs PSA should have sent you a submission form. There are instructions on the back of the form. Hope that helps.

#1.) Fill out your invoice INCLUDING SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE USING THE FREE SERVICE.
#2.) Put the cards you are shipping in the card savers.
#3.) Write the submission # located in the upper right corner of the invoice on each sticker.
#4.) Look at your invoice and grab your stickers. Write the line # down for each corresponding card and then place the sticker on the outside of the Card Saver that matches the proper card on the invoice.
(Ie. If a 1991 Stadium Club Brett Favre Card was on line #1 you would write on the sticker Submission #xxxxxxx and Line #1)
#5.) OPTIONAL - If you do not want qualifiers on your grades then make sure you write NQ in the right column and draw a line down so they know you don't want qualifiers on any of them.
For Shipping
Depending on the value of the cards you could mail it via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation or if they are really expensive via Registered mail.
You may also want to add a piece of card board and/or bubble wrap around the cards so they remain straight in transit.
*** ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR WRITE THE SERVICE LEVEL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX ***
Like FREE SUB/7 DAYS or something along those lines.
To use your free submission
Tear off the free submission coupon you received from PSA. Make a copy of it for your own records. Include the original coupon with the invoice when you mail it.
I hope this helps.

We all have been there.
For the freebies, you can only submit the 6 (or 12) on one form. If you are submitting more than your freebies, you have to use another submission form. But you can mail them into PSA all together. PSA will mail back separatley each by submission form.
I followed there online shipping guide as someone linked above. The stickers go on the card savers. Example, You have submission form number 123456 and you have 12 cards submitting with one each listed on line 1 through 12. So for the first card listed on submission form, write 123456 and then line 1 (for the first card).
I have had high dollar items (at least to me) so I sent registered and insured and packed as described.
Also VERY important is to write your highest service level included in the shipment on the outside. In your case I believe it is for the new member freebies. So I would write "new Member sub (or whatever it is called)" on all sides of the box.
Best of luck
I don't see an area in the Card Grading-service level area for new member submission. Should that be left blank or should Regular be checked (I think new member subs receive the Regular service)??
Thanks
Steve
