<< <i>How's the seller's FB?(assuming it's on eBay) >>
Hehe ....
Good and bad. It's at an even 98% rigth now (1316 rating) but they've been battling back lately from 97.5%. They were out of the game for a while and came back. I took a chance on them earlier because they made a mistake on a BIN item and I caught it within the first hour it was listed. Got a pre-war slabbed card for a fraction of what it would go for on auction. Card arrived within a week of payment.
In the past month they've had 400+, 1 neutral and 3-.
The price is a little on the high side (a pop 1 PSA 9 sold for $315 about a month ago) but I was thinking about putting in a B/O. I've been looking at this pic for weeks, constantly flip-flopping.
Based on his Feedback/Negs, I have drawn a couple conclusions.
I think this is guy is more lazy and has both buyers and sellers remorse than a con guy. I would think this card and case are likely untampered, but if he decides he doesn't want to ship or that your buying price was too low, he may not ship it to you.
I would buy via Paypal and pay by CC so you can get a refund thru that if he doesn't deliver. I don't know the card or set, but if you could get it elsewhere for a comparable price, I would advise against buying from this guy.
Not sure about the holder judging by the small scan. That sellers feedback is not very stellar in my opinion. I can see someone getting a few negs, but 28 of them on only 2000 transactions. Not the best. Beware of the frost.
Comments
The frost on the right-side is very uneven.
There is much less frost on the left side.
I fear somebody might have peeked inside.
Not possible to say for sure, without looking
at it in person.
I would probably pass, unless the seller is
a well-known entity.

Matt,
The slab or the card? The card looks great from here but those sneaky wrinkles ....
That's why I was wondering about the slab.
