T9 and T3 Turkey Red Question

Are T9 boxing cards a little smaller than the regualr T3 cards. It seems that most of them have a smaller top border. They seem to cut it a little close the the center peace on the top edge. Does anyone know if they are shorter on the top to bottom range. I have one that seems a tad bit smaller than my T3s. Is this ok? Its shorter on the top but bigger on the LR ratio to the t3.
Short on top but bigger on the Side to side range.

    They're supposed to have the same dimensions.

    Check closely to see if it's been trimmed. What are the exact dimensions?

    It may be miscut - I bought 3 from one antique dealer and I specifically told them I wanted the exact dimensions. He took the one back that was off - like yours, it was short one way and wider the other.

    If the card is wider than normal, PSA may not be able to holder it but SGC would since they can make a gasket to fit I believe.

    Did you buy it on ebay? From whom?

    I need to know the exact dimensions.
