Would this cross to a 7?

Would this card cross to a 7? I think the centering is 75/25 or better, hard to tell with these borders. The corner shown is by far the worst and this is at 800 dpi. Trying to decide whether to send it in or not.

It might based on the corners , but with both an off-centered card and colors where they are not supposed to be ( mis-printing ) it may get some qualifiers as well. That's my 1/4 cent worth. Still a nice card.
