Best Monthly Price For Psa Grading

I just got another subscription to PSA. I have not been in the loop for monthly specials. I have about 70 1950- 1953 sportscards that I want to grade. Are there ever any good deals in the monthly specials or should I just send them as bulk? I am not in a rush to get them graded but I would hate to send them bulk and then a 5.00 deal pops out......thanks Spazzy
