About a month ago this guy cashed my check for my winning bid on ebay,and then flew the coop.He quit Ebay and even changed his phone.He probably even uses a fake name and address.But,I will do everything that I can to make it hard for him to rip somebody else off.His ebay name is alsportcards.His actual name is .....................................But apparently he is pretty slick.He has you send the payment to this address and deposits the check or moneyorder in Bank of Amarica of New York.He was a powerseller on ebay.I had to learn the hard way about paying by check or moneyorder.I will never buy from an ebayer that only accepts check or moneyorder again,unless I know them from ebay.It was an expensive 318.00 dollar lesson.But ,from experience usually all the good lessons learned are costly ones.Mark this clowns name down and pass it along.Thanks........Don.

I didn't look at each of his sales but I looked at a few - he seemed to use the old ebay scammer trick of building up positive feedback with cheap .99 cent sales, then offering expensive lots and pulling off the scam. Right out of the con artist handbook.

Actually this was very, VERY nice of larryallen73 to post this. If it was a scammer living from apartment to apartment, state to state, it is basically impossible to enforce a small claims court judgement. I would definitely file a small claims court suit against this guy, a homeowner, who can't easily get up and run. Do it quickly.

I know that if I was him ,I would worry about pissing off the wrong person.Especially if I lived so close to a pond like he does.You never know when you might fall in and drown.

What is going on here? It seems like your rolling the dice buying cards now, Im glad Steve brought up about the dirtbag building his feedback with petty sales, never thought to check that out. I have read numerous posts the past couple of weeks about guys getting ripped off with cards, has it always been this bad or what?
