Special Labeling for Prez Dollar Proofs?

Have you guys made any decisions regarding special labeling (ie. First day of Issue) for the 2007 Presidential Proof sets? If so what will the submission rules be?

PCGS will be offering First Strike versions of the Proof Presidential Dollars but no First Day of Issue labels. First Strike inserts will only be available through the Bulk Department and the minimum order size is 100 coins. Submissions of 100 coins or less must go on a regular submission form at the usual fees and are not eligible for First Strike inserts. We'll be issuing official guidance on the Proof Presidential Dollars in advance of the issuance of the Proof Sets.
