Best Time to Buy Or Sell

Weather is warming up lately and spring/summer is just around the corner. I think most people will be out of the house all the time at the beach than on the computer (eBay). So when do you think its the best time to sell? I'll probaly end up buying mostly in the summer and selling in winter.

Post your thoughts here and your past experiences.

People are buying 365-days a year.

BB Spring-Training and FB Summer-Camp are both good times.
But, there really are no "bad" times that can be consistently
identified. You just never know when somebody will want to buy
    something.

I have found that summer (baseball season) is better for selling and winter is better for buying. I only buy baseball so I would assume that is true for all sports, meaning buying during off season and selling during the season. I try to buy a player during his down time and sell during his up times. seems to have worked so far.
  • buying or selling just needs two people wanting the same item.
I have tried listings every imaginable time of the day, time of the year, different week days, weekends, and its mostly irrelevant.
Quality items will always attract buyers.
Common or oft condition stuff will always be a tough sell.
Been there and done that too many times to count and its all in the roll of the dice...

I think the best time for buying vintage baseball is summer time and December (money going towards vacations and Christmas gifts). If selling vintage baseball anytime not listed above.
