lets say that you own all 3 of the proof 1960 DDO's
1960 large over small date
1960 small over large date
1960 large /large/small date (or as pcgs lists it as"triple die obverse")
lets also say that you own all 3 in PR-67 red (no cams or dcams)
the large over small has a total population of 92 pieces.................. and 67 red grade is valued at $1350.00
the small over large has a total population of 91 pieces.................. and 67 red grade also priced at $1350.00
can anyone tell me why the triple die (large/large/small) ......with a total population of 15 in ALL grades IS VALUED at a paltry sum of $400.00
?????
15 total!!!
this coin should be valued at 10 grand!

The answer I believe is that the triple die obverse is NOT recognized by PCGS to be included in the Proof Lincoln Cents with varieties 1909 to date Set Registry. I had to deal with that exact issue in persuing completing my set.
