Need a good place to buy vintage hockey cards

Hi all i am new here but have been lurking for several months. I would appreciate any help that any board member could give me as where to buy high grade vintage hockey and unopened boxes. Basically just 1960 - 1975 . I have looked everywhere i know but nobody seems to have much older hockey at all. tim

Gerry's Sportscards and AJ's (aka The Ice King) come to mind. Both can be pricey but they have about as good a selection of high grade vintage as I've seen anywhere else. Unopened material is a little more tough to locate but Baseball Card Exchange has a good selection of 70's and 80's boxes and packs. (He also has a good reputation as many on this board will attest.)

The unquestioned king of unopened hockey is Jason Martin. Check out martinsportcards.com (or something like that).

If this is the same Martin Sports Cards that sets up in Toronto they're also the king of the sheet cut, so I'd be careful about buying anything slabbed.

    Take it away, chaz!!

    Good point Boo.

He carries a large and impressive inventory of hockey wax, but he is also an active buyer of uncut sheets--presumably he gets many of these sheet cut cards graded.
