The old saying is be careful what you wish for. I hope you are kidding. Bledsoe is just another immobile moke, the Bears have had enuf of these guys in the past few years.

I think Bledsoe was washed up when he signed with the Cowboys but Parcells wanted him.

Bledsoe can retire a Patriot, as long as he signs and then retires right away.....
  • He would be a heck alot alot better than what they got.

  • hmm... Bledsoe or Grossman...hmm

tough call. Either way, the dont go anywhere this year.
  • It wouldn't matter who they had at QB this year, they weren't going anywhere.

Tougher schedule (they played absolutely nobody last year), that overrated defense began to get exposed last year in the second half (which teams will continue to exploit), Urlacher simply disappeared in the super bowl (again, a theme that will repeat itself), and now they've given up half of their RB tandem.

They won't make the playoffs this year.

I think the Bears are staring at an 8 - 8 upcoming season.

You sure have an anti-bear bias. You predicted they wouldn't advance in the playoffs, called Philly a more complete team and many other things. You really ought to learn something about the game/Bears before you spout off all the time about them. You really make yourself look silly.image

No it wasn't being silly, it was calling it the way it usually is...the combination of an inexperienced head coach and inexperienced quarterback is normally a combination which doesn't get to the Super Bowl. If you knew the history of the game, you'd know that and know that it wasn't being silly, so you just made yourself look silly. Better know your facts before you challenge things I say about the NFL.

4 years as a head coach and twice in the playoffs is in your estimation inexperienced? 4 years as a coach at Tampa Bay, 3 years as defensive co-ordinator at St Louis, including a trip to the superbowl? What in your keen NFL mind constitutes inexperience? This guy has been coaching for 27 years. Surely you can come up with something more significant to criticize the Bears for. If you can look at your comment and still believe he is inexperienced then you are totally clueless.
  • Bears will be lucky to get to .500 next year...their answer for Grossman is....50 year old Brad Johnson?

    Comedy.

Last season Smith was only entering his third year as an NFL head coach - that for the NFL is an "inexperienced head coach" in my view and most people's view. If that isn't your view then good for you.

Again...it was the COMBINATION that rarely if ever before gets to a Super Bowl. Got it now? C-O-M-B-I-N-A-T-I-O-N. Capiche? That was how I based my prediction on why the Bears wouldn't get to the Super Bowl. Turns out I was incorrect and you as a Monday morning quarterback so elequently pointed that out. I can't wait for more of your astute observations after the events occur. Next football season grow some stones and make some predictions of your own, and we'll see how you do.

Brad will do just fine, stop being so Hard-on him.

    Signed,

    Max Johnson
