1994 Fleer Fact Shell?

Does anyone know what distinguishes this card from the regular 1994 fleer card and how were they distributed? I have never seen it and I'm just trying to figure out what the "fact shell" means.

There is an Emmitt Smith psa 9 on ebay and I'm thinking about hitting it.

    There should be a little logo for the Shell Oil Company on the back. I could easily confirm that when I get home tonight and check my Fact Shell cards, but I'm sure you'll have multiple confirmations from others before then.
    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
