Ok i know you tired of me and wish i would go away. But here me out. I am sorry for all the hardfeelings and disaray the last weeks has caused the community and mebers here. As much as no one believes this i am an honorable person. Though it has taken me a few daysto appologize you must understand how this whole thing has weighed on me and my family also.
Concerning the football rip. it has been hard for me becuase i wanted to go ahead and ask for everything back and issue refunds for this. But with all the allegations and someone even said it. if i came out and offered a refund it would be just like saying im guilty . yes a couple boxes came from other sources but i never resealed anypacks and was not about to admit or give the perception of admiting to something so horrible. I would like to make amends to the guys in the football rip for the boxes not being from said source ie bbce.
i will be issuing full refunds on the football rip because of that reason only. not because i tainted or resealed the packs as so many seem to think.
I am doing this in good faith and will see how many of you will return the good faith and return all the cards from the rip to me.
including the payton mrg
I also still extend the offer to refund the basketball rip if the packs are returned .
I hope you guys take this and understand I ever meant any ill will here or evil plans as so many have said. I still feel i am owed a few apologies from some for theire comments but i undrstand

Gary, even though I didn't participate in any rips I think you been reasonable and willing to talk. Some people just don't take apologies well or they try to put people down further. Not taking sides here but I am just sick of the SPAM and "Gary sucks" talk, heard that been there.
Everyone has a conscience here on these boards, the guilty might not fell it now but some day it comes back to them.

I still do not think you know why everyone is upset. You have done soooo many things that leave the perception of unethical practices whether they are true or not. I learned a long time ago in my professional life that you have to protect your preception that others have of you.
I truely hope that you get things worked out in you and your family's life.
Since i did not buy into any of the rips my opinion is that of a bystander.
Gary It is great that you are sorry. It is great that you will be issuing refunds.
It is not great that you feel that you are owed an apology from anyone though.
If I were you I'd just keep a low profile from now on.

You have clearly been less than forthright and no one on these boards trusts you. I asked you to refund the money for my basketball packs and I would return them to you, but you refused. I am far more trustworthy than you and the last thing I am going to do is send the packs back to you before you issue the refund. If you were truly sorry for all that you have done, you would issue the refunds and trust the same board members who trusted you, to send the cards back.

1.) Go back through all your lists for each rip you organized. Contact each participant and ask them if they would like a refund based on the events of the last few days. State that a refund will be sent if they agree to return the product.
2.) Refund the $14,000.00
3.) Go to your P.O. box to empty it every day because the guys here will keep their word.
4.) Hit the bricks.

This is just my take on the entire ordeal.
I strongly feel that decision should be left to each collector you scammed... not you! You didn't give them any choices as you were collecting the cash and sending out alleged junk.

I have lied and maliciously deceived you. When confronted with mounting evidence, I should have come clean but I didn't. For that, I humbly and sincerely apologize. I admit to swapping packs but still maintain that I did not reseal any. I can understand why some of you may be skeptical and hold no ill will towards you.

Refunding member's money will not restore the trust, it just makes the pain a little easier to take.
