What's the longest you've had to wait to have a sub logged in?

My last two subs have taken what I consider way too long to get logged in! One took 2 weeks and the one that arrived last Monday is still not logged in! How about the rest of you?

Never more than 2 days, but I always make sure to :
Send via USPS Registered mail.
Clearly mark the outside of the package as to the type of submission.
Triple check to make sure all the forms are completely and accurately filled out.
Religiously follow the packing instructions as outlined on the submission instructions pages.
It's all a big pain in the ass, but it sure beats the heck out of having to wait.
Also, I never send in odd ball stuff, only mainstream cards, and I think that speeds things up as well ...

Following these steps are definately a key in getting this entered in quicker, however there is NO explaination for a delay of over a week. None what so ever. Why a company would delay a customers order is unexplainable. If the order has a problem, resolve it now. Don't enter in any more orders until that one is done. PSA has been the very best in marketing out of all the grading services. I just don't think they care anymore about pleasing the customer and doing the RIGHT thing.

Shane, I understand your point, but I respectfully disagree.
If I've spent my time to jump through a series of hoops to make certain
that my order is submitted correctly then why should my order be held up while problem orders are resolved?
Not what I would call fair ...

I hate that every time I submit any oddballs (a common occurence for any player collector) that my orders immediately seem to be shifted to the 'problem' category, no matter how I package and ship my item. This, combined with the fact that I have had at least one mechanical error on *every* invoice I sent in during 2006 convinces me that customer service and accuracy is not the priority at PSA that it once was.

That is totally uncalled for, I don't care how backed up they were - especially since you were basically paying for a quick return.
