Legal action against Gary Daggett

Hello all,
If anyone else is interested in pursuing legal action against Gary, please let me know (either post here or send me a PM). I've contacted law enforcement officials in Clovis. If we can show them the scope of his activities, they may decide it's worth pursuing him criminally.

At the very least, he admitted to sending us a "less valuable substitute" for the packs he didn't purchase from BBCE and DACW.

for 15K of damage plus plots in the works for further fraud on the 78' rip. something should happen to him.

those in on the late 70's/early80's rip it was 'only' $103 per person but if there were 36 people that's over $3,500k total.

  • missed the last couple of days.
did gary offer a refund for football too?
  • I would be interested in listening to what the law has to say regarding his activities. Not only did he directly affect the people that bought into his group rips (late 70's early 80's baseball and football rips for myself), but his actions may also have some long lasting affect on honest people who might try to arrange these rips in the future. That will really suck if everyone is gun shy about arranging or participating in any more.

I would be intersted....though I prolly couldnt make a court date myself. I do have packs that I could submit as evidence. I was only in on the very first complete 80s rip...but i still feel slighted. 74-76 bucks is still alot of money

edited: I would drop it if he just offered a REFUND...from which he has not PM'ed me back.
