Any person who wants copies of the relevant threads
of the past 48-hours, should make them now.

It is easiest - though it takes a while - to copy/paste
them into a WORD document. The photos and such
will probably not all transfer, but the words will.

I might add a suggestion to copy the related ebay ads and naxxcom including any related pictures. The ebay ads disappear and are gone for good, if the cards involved show up in packs it would be nice to link them together.

I would assume all this stuff is archived on servers so that if the purpose of this is for litigation down the road, it could be requested (subpoenaed) during discovery. Even if an action is filed in small claims court, discovery can be requested with proper justification, just like any civil action. I'm getting the feeling people would just as soon forget about the entire incident and write it off as a bad experience rather than pursuing it legally. I think the fact, if it is indeed the case, that the Naxcom material has vanished, is pretty "telling" to say the least. It would be interesting to see how someone handles a few dozen small claims concurrently in different states.
