Made a trade for multiple coins 2 weeks ago that included a PCGS PR69DCAM 1999-S Silver Penn quarter. At the last minute the person said he sold the quarter but had an NGC he could replace it with. So, instead of cancelling the trade I accepted the NGC quarter.
So I am now trying to trade for that PCGS version. Here's the deal, I will trade the NGC 1999-S PF69UCAM Silver Penn quarter & a BU SAE (date of my choice) for a PCGS 1999-S PR69DCAM Silver Penn quarter. OR look below for other coins I have to trade for coins I need to finish sets, including this quarter.
