    The refund I indicated I had gotten, is still in a Pending Status, so I guess I really haven't gotten a refund on the basketball rip.

    My Payapl dispute is currently "deferred" what ever the heck that means. As of right now it is denied, not falling under paypal's terms. However, (and I think this has been brought up before) if enough people continue to file disputes, we will have a better chance of them looking more closely at the case. We were not shipped the packs we thought we were paying for - musty '78's, water damaged 85's. Possible Reseals. For the most part, he might as well have sent us actual turds.

    There is also the possibility that Gary's apology is sincere in the best way he could put it and he will make good on the refunds.
    Time will tell.

    I'm not losing any sleep over this but I am betting that someone in Clovis, CA might be. If he has any conscience whatsoever.

    Gary, Do The Right Thing-- Surely you can see how anyone would be wary of sending you the packs before you refund. It's not our credibility that is or should be questioned.

    This could haunt you for the rest of your life.

    Just Do the right thing.

    my refund is now pending. Gary added a message to send the cards to his PO Box. Cards will be sent once the pending tag is removed

    I asked for a partial refund of only my 2 unopened (granted, also the most expensive) packs from the football rip, and he offered a full refund on all of the FB packs if I send back everything. If this is an act of regret, and not just being frightened of attention from the authorities, I applaud Gary for doing the right thing, and I'm happy to accept the gesture once the pending refund clears.

    I have a refund pending for the football rip and I did not even ask for it.
    I am unable to return the cards due to the fact that I tossed the 85s and
    78s due to condition, and have already sold some of the others.

    I PMed this information to Gary, but I still get a refund listed that I can't honor.

    I just checked my Paypal account and I have nothing received nor pending from Gary. The guys that have Paypale funds pending did you requset a refund? I thought he was going to refund everyone?

    I sent him a pm a few days ago and requested an address to send the cards, but I never got a response?

We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

    That's odd. A fine, outstanding, honest person like Gary would normally resolve the issue post haste.

    I sent an e-mail to his paypal e-mail address. He responded within 24 hours.

    I meant to say that I requested a refund by e-mailing Gary at his paypal e-mail address and that he responded within 24 hours. My refund is pending in paypal until the money clears from his checking account.

    My Basketball rip was pending for 3 days and then it cleared, Ive gotten nothing with regards to the FB rip, I did request it via a PM to Gary, but no response.

    I received an email from Gary regarding the football rip which I completely opened. I have a pending refund in my account and have verified with paypal that if I send back to Gary at his p/o box via a traceable means, then my refund will be complete. Gary did not seem to have a problem with the packs already being ripped.

    My pending FB refund went through today. I am now going to ship back the cards I still have from the rip.
    I had sold some of the rookies and stars, so I will send some cards from my personal collection to take their place.

    The interesting part is that I never requested a refund for the FB rip.

    Being from Canada I have yet to receive my packs. I did not request a refund but would at least like to get my packs.
