ok, I'm indecisive about how to sell something. I have some items that I am considering consigning to Mastro in one lot. I am also kicking around the ebay thing.

1) If I consign the lot to Mastro, they take a cut and the auction is open to whoever reads the catalog

2) If I ebay the items, I'd probably want to do each piece seperately and run the risk of some pieces selling and some not. The auction is open to more people but is hit or miss as to whether the people who search for this item are paying attention that week......

Just sell it outright to board members.

put it out as a fixed price listing or as store inventory. If it doesn't sell at the price you want then consign it.

Except for pre-war you should have your product in PSA holders. That usually increases the selling price.

a few good thoughts guys but these items are not cards. I think I'm leaning towards Mastro rather than ebay.

wondo - haha, ok I'll let you in on it. Its not a real big secret anyway. I have a group of the rare 1955 Dairy Queen big league stars statues. A Mantle just sold on ebay for about $250 so that should give you an idea on value.

break it out of that cheesy SGC holder (use a tooth pick), send it to PSA, then sell it , you will do a lot better
