Hm. I might have to dig some out. I just shipped a ton of 'em off to somebody, but I imagine I still have a bunch.
Since most Canadian nickels are 99.9% pure nickel (except for the war years), there is almost 20 cents worth of nickel in each Canadian nickel at $22/lb spot.
