Submission question regarding postcards

I have a 1971 Thurman Munson clinic postcard I want to submit and wanted to know if PSA allows them under the $13, 5 day turnaround submission feature.

Also, does PSA allow these to be added to the player set registries ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If it is standard postcard size it should fit into the tallboy holder. I just added the TCMA George Foster to my master set

    It will be a tallboy and PSA will grade it under the $13/5 day special. You should also be allowed to add it to the master set as well.
