And wouldn't PSA be just a bit interested in this whole vintage pack controversy too ?

Here's what's been bothering me from day 1 of the 70s/80s football pack arrival: If Steve Hart was selling water-logged 1985 Topps football packs because he didn't know they were water-logged, and if Steve Hart is the pack authenticator for PSA, wouldn't that imply that potentially an unopened pack of cards graded by PSA could actually be a water-logged pack of cards? And if that were true, what would be the point of grading packs in the first place?
