1975 menglers-Will PSA grade ?

There were some 1975 Clarence Mengler/Keith Peterson cards on ebay last weekl. I knew what they were , but had never seen them before in person . I picked up 2 ( Nate Colbert & Steve Rogers ) that I was interested in . This set was probably the 1st issue that the players association threatened with a lawsuit, and production was halted. I really thought that most of the lawsuits wars got rocking in the early 80's and I'm not sure what the cut off years are for baseball issues. I know some of the 50's & 60's never had a license and yet they are graded any way. I've spoke with 3 of the "Experts " over at PSA and got 3 different answers. (1) Not sure, email us a picture. (2) send it in , if we don't grade it , you get a voucher. (3) we don't grade it.

I have a very rare issue . If I can grade it , great. If not I have a very rare issue. ANY HELP will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sonny
