How does this MANTLE card grade a PSA-7 NQ? It's almost a MC!

I think the card looks fine actually. It is not the centering I would personally like, but the card presents okay.

Color looks great, registration is good, corners are clean, edges are nice...
And according to the grading guidelines, 75/25 is fine for a 7.
A PSA NM 7 is a card with just a slight surface wear visible upon close inspection. There may be slight fraying on some corners. Picture focus may be slightly out-of-register. A minor printing blemish is acceptable. Slight wax staining is acceptable on the back of the card only. Most of the original gloss is retained. Centering must be approximately 70/30 to 75/25 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back.
To me it does look more OC than it is, but I still think it's a fantastic looking card and personally, I don't feel it looks out of place in a 7 NQ holder at all.
Just my .02 of course.

Any chance of you taking those chicks off your profile, every time my wife walks in and sees me on this forum, she accuses me of looking at porn. I can't be the only one . . .
Psa 7 in my opinion.
