Surprising item in the mail PartII

I just read the earlier "Surprising item" post and remembered I forgot to check the mailbox today. I received 2 padded mailers... 1 obviously was a slabbed card and the other felt like a tee-shirt balled up inside (yea...uh-oh)
The bigger packaged contained 54 raw 1967s, in penny-sleeves, taped together in 2 stacks with scotch tape and placed side-by-side in a white envelope. The white envelope was poorly taped over the tops of the cards that were sticking out.
Originally these cards were listed as EX to MINT and after travelling across the country, I don't believe more than 3 or 4 would grade a 7. Looking closely at the cards, I have a distinct feeling more than just a few of these cards were creased and badly dinged up before the shipment.
The other mailer.... a PSA 8 card w/ 2 pieces of cardboard sealed in bubble-wrap, then placed in the padded-mailer.
Amazing how some sellers just don't care at all.

Yea...what was he thinking? Wasting all the shipping fees on shipping supplies!!! Paypal claim and a neg to boot
