Some of these eBay sellers crack me up. This from a seller who's been on eBay for almost nine years and only has 453 feedback. Some part timer working out of his apartment trying to pretend he's a real business.

Maybe the statement means that the seller gave the package to the postal carrier as he/she delivered the mail.
