Rare Sheldon variety Large Cent. This piece has the detail of AU+ but is minutely porous on both sides. The obverse is very sharp, the reverse a bit weaker, as usual. The color is a medium golden brown, just about as shown in the pic. Quite attractive despite the porosity.
Could have been a $20000 coin.
