If you have a decent feedback history, one cent. Seriously. Take some good pictures of the coin, including the coin in the slab, and you'll do fine. This isn't some esoteric item that has a very limited potential buying audience. Stuff this liquid should always be started at under a buck with no reserve, IMO, unless you have zero feedback or bad feedback.
