I would gently crack it out and send it.

    That is one sexy 7.5

I would definitely take the gamble cracking it. Might even take a couple tries at an 8.
  • the line is a bit concerning.

    Yup.

And, now I see the spots by the brave's head.

I dunno if it gets a Q, or not. If so, might be best to
leave it where it is.... and sell it.

  • If you are looking for an 8 the only way is to crack. Tough call on that card. Right side corners concern me more than the PD. Not sure what to think of GIA. Recent rep is not so good. However, I did crack a '56 Reese 6.5 and sent to PSA and it got an 8 NQ. I was sure GIA undergraded for rough cut. This one I am not as confident about from the scan. Good luck and that is a pretty Hammerin' Hank.

Think it would get a 7 IMO.
  • Either crack or crossover expecting nothing better than a 7, you might even get a (PD). PSA seems to have it out for GAI.

  • Depends . . . Are you keeping or selling? If holding on for your personal collection, I'd leave it alone. Reselling? Crack and submit to PSA. CAREFULLY!

    GREAT card.

  • I would crack and submit. It will look much better in a PSA case.
