That is the new Sell-Your-Item Form. (SYI-Form)
By the end of March, it should be the only one you will see.

Mine all look the same as they always have.
Maybe that is because I always use "sell similar." ???

Granted I just Turbo Lister for nearly all of my listings, but I just had to add a couple of lines to a new listing and got the new SYI page. I have to say I like it a lot more than the old one!
