can any one help me with a fiedberg number fr-1448 i know it's italy like to know from where and how much it's worth

Probably this. As for worth, depends on condition. I would hazard a guess of $600.

this coin is in an NGC holder slabbed AU 55 .... its a well centered struck coin

Based upon Friedberg's value of $700 - EF and my research I would say $900 - $1100.
Here is one listed for $1450
