Have submission standards changed?

I was looking at the MODERN and REGULAR services, and noticed PSA removed a year range for both services. Modern used to be 1972 or newer; can you now submit older cards under the MODERN service?

    I think the years are still 1972 and later for modern, Lee. I think they just left that out of the web page description but it is on the submission form.
