Jefferson People...please help

ok si i got a few coins today for my birthday..nothing special but i cant figure out what is wrong with this nickel. Im sure its nothing but i cant figure it out...both pictures are of a 1964-D

    Ah, its the rare 1064 AD Jefferson Nickel!
    I like cheese, notes, and coins. In that order.

    There was some physical hit to that coin post mint. The metal was just pushed around.
    Sorry but that one carries no premium.
    Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

    I have a similar coin where the tail to the 9 is very short and thin. I don't remember the exact date off hand but I know it wasn't a 1964. The coin I have may be a 1980-P and I did label it 1080? to note the oddity.
