Selling on Ebay...

Hey,
I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I've been on ebay since March of 2000 and have only been a buyer since.
I've got some graded and ungraded cards that I'd like to sell on ebay. Any tips for a first time ebay seller? I also plan on having possibly an overseas bidder or two (Taiwan?) - so do u guys recommend any form of payment for domestic versus international buyers? Also if you ship via USPS - and the item sells for a few hundred $$ - what's the proof that you actually sent the item out?
Thanks in advance guys!

I collect Topps Chrome Basketball Rookie Refractors, particularly from 96-97, and limited edition rookies of Taiwanese baseball players.

is no good way to cover yourself through PayPal.
If you can get paid with the equivalent of a USPS
Money Order, overseas is safe. The post office
can give you all the info you need on shipping.

PayPal is fine for domestic. Just follow the rules
under the Seller Protection plan.
Good Luck.
Start out slow - with lower value cards. Build up your seller reputation. Also, use your current ID (if you have good feedback) for only selling. Create a new Ebay ID for buying. (That's to protect you from retaliatory neg's from bad sellers.)
Ebay can be a decent venue for selling off some cards, but don't plan on making a lot of money. Fees can run as high as 20-25% of what you sell. It also takes a fair amount of time (to do it right). If you don't want to do it right, I would suggest you don't it at all. It will end up costing you time, money, and for a lot of people, a fair amount of aggravation.
Good Luck which ever way you go...
Good Luck
