1983S Proof Lincoln cent RPM assistance

Looking through a box of 2X2's on a cloudy afternoon here... Wife and #2 daughter off at the mall... Anyway, I come across the below coin. What caught my eye was the interesting toning in the center, but the coin has a dramatically evident repunched mintmark, clearly visible to the naked eye.

I checked the coppercoins.com website and there is only one shown for that year, not nearly so dramatic.

Is this a worthwhile coin to spend any time on?

Can't tell from those pics. A nice closeup of the mint mark would help.

Does it look like these examples?
If it does- it is an example of Flat Field Doubling...unfortunately not a true doubled die or RPM
