Questions from a newbee about proof coins - Marley 60th

I just joined the CU (thanks again Madame!). My question is about proof coins. I have a supply of the Bob Marley 60th anniversary coins that I have been selling on EBay. I understand that even uncirculated coins have differences in grade and that having them graded and slabbed may appeal to some buyers. With this coin, there is a protective plastic case, velvet lined box, and certificate. (I would attach a pic but I cant seem to browse to the image...the interface seems to want a typed filename with path).
The question though is:
What would be more important to a collector....original packaging or graded quality?
Also, I'm thinking about how man of these I should hold on to....has anybody ever known coins like this to dip below their original cost over time?
Thanks, Eric

Welcome to the Darkside! (i.e. foreign coins)
First, I suggest that you turn on your Private Messages so that all messages don't have to be public.
(it's either in Customize or Profile just under the navigation drop down box.)
Second, your image must be hosted on the Web somewhere. When you surf to that site, go to the
address at the top of your Internet browser, highlight the entire URL and press Ctrl-C to copy it.
Then come back to your message, click the 4th button from the left at the top of this box. (looks like a picture)
When you click it, a box will pop up asking for the URL. Click Ctrl-V to paste the URL into this field and
click the OK button. It will then ask you for a label - type in a brief description of what the link is showing.
