ASE NGC RP 70's to PCGS

Do you think it would be cost effective to submit ASE RP 70's graded by NGC to PCGS for a crossover possibility. I presently have 15 and at worst I would be out the grading fees and still have my 70's. At best some (2-3-4 or more) would cross.

Save your money. As a matter of policy, PCGS won't cross 70's.

indeed. If you want PCGS 70s, you will have to crack those out first. Few have the fortitude to do that.
