This coin has a mintage of 15,000 and a bit of history on the royal family of Monaco. I thought it to be good value for the price. Guess the grade?

The reverse is probably a little higher.

I was surprised myself, certainly just a fluke.

NGC has only 2 in 62 of this date and 1 in 63. They have 5 in 63 , 4 in 64 and 1 in 65 of the 1886a.
PCGS has only one grade in 62 of this date and one graded in 63 overall. Probably more coins that are raw I would think.
The value of a GEM, I would not know. But the only PCGS 63 speciman brought around $750 in September of 2004 according to Heritage archives.
