Advice needed - WTB pcgs slabbed state quarters

I am interested in putting together a set of pr69dcam state quarters in the flag slabs as well as a ms set (ms66 min most likely) in the flag slabs.
What I am looking for is advice on the best place to find them at the best price. Does anyone know of a good dealer that I can work through? Should I just look at ebay auctions and piece it together that way? Anyone here sell them?
I do not have enough cash at the moment to buy it all at once, so I will be buying what I want over the next several months.
These coins will be for my personal collection number one, but also to show kids as I work for a school district.
Any advice is sincerely appreciated.
