1970 Lincoln Doubled Die?

Found this cent while going through a bank roll, thought the "0" in the date looked like it might have something going on. After checking CONECA's website there is a DDO listed as DDO-001 that might be this one, but I'm not too sure. The picture isn't very good, but it's the best I could do. The hit on the date is a real bummer as well. I couldn't find a pic of this anywhere so I'm hoping for some help to ID it. Thanks!

hmm, nothing on coppercoins for a 1970-P, however there is a 1970-S which looks similar to what I'm seeing on yours.
