Is this an accented hair Kennedy?

I have been kinda watching out for these since joining the forum and because 1964 is my birthyear.Anyway,I was at my local coin shop today and they only had 2 or 3 1964 proof sets and this one seemed to have more detail in the hair of Kennedy so I bought it.The set was in great condition including a cool blue toned 5 center.The Kennedy isn't a cameo I don't believe but pretty nice,even better if it's the true accented hair version.Sorry for the bad pics,I'm still trying to learn how.imageimage
