Scanning experts please help - See scan

Hey guys, I finally figured out how to put my images on the web (Photobucket) and garner a large image. Problem is, I think it looks too large and is not as crisp on the clarity as I would like - see corners for example. Is this something a scanner helps or is there something else I can do, as I do not own a scanner. Thanks for any suggestions.

Try to resize it in PB.

Select edit. resize. message board.

I do not think it will help much; maybe a little.

Try taking it out of the sleeve as well to cut down the glare. Every scanner is different. Sometimes you have to play the settings to get a good scan. Also, some areas of the scanner will produce better images than others. Good luck!
