1959 Maris... grade/value?

I just acquired this one from ebay. I have never submitted any cards to PSA before, but am debating on it with this card. I am working on the '59 set. I didn't want to take the card out of the sleeve as to not handle it very much. What do you suppose this would grade as? What would the value be on it as well? Thanks for any input. There are no creases on the card, and the scuff mark is on the sleeve itself, as well as the wrinkle in the top. The only things I can see wrong with the card are the dirty spots on the back and the bad cut. Please help! Thanksimage

    I'm a novice at grading...so don't beleive my guestimate....


    4 (OC) Qualifier at best...maybe a 3
    Trying to complete 1960, '61 and '68 Topps baseball sets...raw

    It may be a 4 or a 5.

    Prolly escapes the ST qualifier at those grades.

    In a PSA-holder, it might retail to a novice in the $40.00+/- range.
