I wonder what "demand in the market" means.

Does it mean how many graded-cards are sold?

Does it mean how many raw-cards are submitted for grading?

That is a different answer than I got when I called customer service. I was told that they were being updated. Maybe who ever answers the phone just took a guess.

I checked the registry and for the 1980 Topps there are 46 registered sets and for the 84 Donruss there are 29 basic and 13 master sets. I guess they have determined that is not enough demand/interest.

it means when psa 10's are selling for less than grading fees i think..

SMR is back up again. They have more sets and cards listed than before.
